What if I can’t complete the program in 90 days?

If you find that you are running behind, discuss it with Dr. Claire beforehand, so that you can work out how best to stay abreast of the material or other viable options. Extensions or alternative pacing can sometimes be arranged by prior discussion.

What technology will I need?

You’ll need internet access, a device for phone calls in the US, video calls if outside the USA (phone, tablet, or computer), and email for communications, including receiving the program material.

Can I pause or reschedule sessions?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees, but the overall program timeline ideally remains within 90 days for momentum and the biggest impact.

Agreement Summary

The Pathway to Clarity program is a collaborative partnership between the Coach and the Client, with the Client taking responsibility for their own well-being and decision-making. It is important to note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy. The program includes 12 sessions over a span of 90 days, along with 9 video lessons that feature accompanying prompts, actions, tools, and additional resources. The total investment is a one-time fee of $5,000 or can be paid in three monthly installments of $1,666.75. While confidentiality is upheld, it is not legally protected in the same manner as it is in medical or legal professions.

The Client may terminate the agreement at any time. However, no refund will be issued except in cases of valid termination, such as illness, in which case the Client will receive a credit for the unused portion. Both parties must comply with the cancellation policy, which requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Kansas and includes a limited liability clause, which ensures that the Coach’s liability is capped at the amount paid for services rendered.
