Where is the retreat located and what are the accommodations like?
The retreat will be held at Woodstock Inn located in historic Independence, MO. It is a luxurious and peaceful environment, with spacious outdoors, ideal for the ethos of the retreat. Sessions will be held in a private suite.
What makes this retreat different from other leadership or spiritual retreats?
This retreat is an intimate circle of five women who are ready to heed the clarion call and claim their moment through group sessions, personal reflection, and one-on-one coaching. The size is carefully set to ensure a personalized approach.

What happens if I am interested but can only make it on Saturday?
You can get a day pass for Saturday, 9.00 am to 7.30 pm, with the fee of $500 for space, meals, materials, coaching session, beautiful fellowship, and bonus hard copy devotional.
Is the retreat appropriate for beginners or those new to spiritual coaching?
Absolutely. In spiritual coaching, I meet you where you are. No experience is needed.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Comfortable clothing, personal items, a journal/notebook, Bible, writing utensils, and any other item that you need to be comfortable.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
We don’t issue refunds under normal circumstances, but if an emergency prevents you from attending, you can request a transfer by emailing Dr. Claire (drclaire@claireannsmith.com) at least 48 hours before the event. Transfers include a 10% fee, and the remaining balance can be used for another program within 12 months. If the organizer cancels, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move your registration to a future program.
