A Spiritual Conversation
As a spiritual executive coach and mentor as well as author and speaker, I think of my coaching as spiritual conversations. As a result, I am always praying while I’m speaking with my clients – praying about what to say, what to ask, how best to guide the conversation and client. It becomes the work of Spirit and about God using me.

The complex issues that leaders deal with include understanding the multiple layers of the company, casting the vision, plotting the strategy, implementing the plan, managing people, establishing partnerships and collaborations, and communicating effectively. -

The landscape is changing. Geopolitical dynamics are shifting, with consumers and partners moving faster than ever before. AI is becoming ubiquitous; ignoring it may no longer be an option. The circumstances are becoming more challenging, and, of course, you, your situation, and the people around you are also changing. -
